At the heart of this turbo is a Custom designed T04E 4-inch anti-surge inlet compressor cover, improving airflow stability under high boost conditions. The Game Changer (TGC) cover directs the charged outlet air around the cylinder head eliminating the need for you to modify (cutting, welding, etc.) a standard E compressor cover to make fit. TU designed the outlet with a gradual curve to maximize efficiency which, in turn, increases airflow and maintains stable boost under demanding conditions. This results in smoother operation, reduced surge, and increased efficiency, especially in aggressive tuning setups. The TGC cover was CNC precision machined to accept our Billet compressor wheel. Along with the matched flow turbine wheel, this turbo moves some serious air. The flow capacity and efficiency, makes this Turbo ideal for builds targeting 300-350 HP, with peak efficiency in the 10-17 PSI range. The billet wheel offers increased strength, reduced weight, and improved efficiency compared to traditional cast designs helping you achieve quicker spool and stronger top-end performance. The large 4-inch inlet not only enhances intake flow but also gives your setup an aggressive, high-performance look.

On the Turbine side is a brand-new TU .63 A/R turbine housing, offering an excellent balance of quick spool and strong top-end power. A larger stainless steel 38mm wastegate puck is included to eliminate boost creep and ensure the bypass port remains fully covered for crisp, consistent boost response.
