The Stainless Steel Spacer is required to be installed between the TD04LR Turbocharger and Exhaust manifold. Many times when the old turbocharger is removed from the manifold, these flat stainless steel washers may drop away and be lost. Without it the turbine blades will make contact with the manifold contour and destroy your turbocharger.

Chrysler does not offer these spacers separately. You would have to purchase the entire $2,400.00 replacement turbofold to get one. Our Stainless Steel spacers were manufactured at a specific thickness to maintain the proper disctance between turbine blades and the manifold. It also includes a tiny pinhole that is required for the alignment pin.
