My wife's 03 PT Turbo Cruiser's turbo finally bit the dust at 215000 miles. I found TU on the internet and contacted them. After talking to Chris numerous times, I finally got my turbo ordered. He was very helpful and patient with me. My bank declined the transaction 3 times due to the company being out of state. Chris never questioned me. As soon as the payment was made, my turbo arrived three days later. The instructions provided by TU were very informative. After I installed the turbo, it was like a new car! I have put 3500 trouble free miles on since then. I will never think twice to order parts from Chris and his excellent staff at TU. I refer them to anyone with a turbo Chrysler vehicle. Thanks Chris.
